The Process:

Starting weekly, preferably in person, we will develop a relationship in which we will address your presenting problems while gaining connection. Through our collaboration, we alleviate struggles, gain insight and support you in achieving your goals. In a safe and nurturing environment, clients navigate challenges, embrace change, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. Therapy is a meaningful journey, allowing you to examine your life, patterns, and relationships, ultimately gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your interactions.
